Tomato Cream Cheese Pasta

INGREDIENTS⁣ • 1 can peeled tomatoes⁣ • 2 tbsp olive oil⁣ • 1 purple onion⁣ • 1 garlic clove⁣ • 1/2 cup hot water⁣ • 1/2 tsp coconut sugar⁣ • 2 tbsp almond cream cheese⁣ • Salt & pepper⁣ • A handful of fresh basil⁣   INSTRUCTIONS⁣ 1. Mince the onion and garlic. Heat the oil, then add the onion and garlic. Cook until golden.⁣ 2. Stir in the peeled tomatoes, the water, and the sugar and cook at low temperature for 20 minutes.⁣ 3. Peach Chia Pudding

Recipe 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup plant milk (almond, coconut and oat are my favs) Mix and keep stirring for a minute till it starts to thicken. Leave at least half hour or longer - even overnight 2 peaches Wash them and slice, season with maple syrup or coconut sugar 1 cup plant yoghurt (I love oat or coconut most) mix half with prepared chia pudding, top with other half, add peaches (or layer with them) and add a drizzle of maple syrup.
