Recipe:

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower⠀

1 to 1 1/2 cups of flour⠀

1 vegan egg⠀

Salt⠀

Garlic powder⠀

Red pepper flakes⠀

1 tsp olive oil⠀

1 tsp vegan butter⠀

Method⠀

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash and chop cauliflower into big chunks. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes to roast. In a high speed blender add the cauliflower and blend until smooth. - 180 g wonton noodles( cook the noodles according to the package directions)
- 4 dumplings( recipe on my previous post )
- 5 clove garlic minced,(add 2 tbsp oil, cook in microwave for 2 minutes)

Tossing sauce for wonton noodles

- 2 tbsp mushrooms sauce
3 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder

1 tbsp chilli oil
