Vegan & GF Vanilla Dream Crepes w/ Berry Coconut Cream filling by vanelja {IG}

RECIPE: ⁣Makes about 5 crepes⁣⁣Crepes:⁣1 cup oat flour (or rolled oats blended to flour)⁣5 tbsp potato starch⁣2 tbsp coconut sugar⁣tiny pinch of sea salt⁣1 tsp vanilla extract⁣1 ¼ cup sparkly water⁣2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁣⁣Preheat the skillet. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add vanilla, sparkly water and oil. Stir until even. Add a drop of coconut oil on the skillet and pour on some dough so that you get a thin round crepe. Cook until the surface looks dry, flip with a thin spatula and cook the other side. Prepare the rest of the crepes. Deep Fried Spring Rolls! 😍

Recipe: 10 pcs spring rolls wrappers ⁣ ____⁣ 1 small purple cabbage- finely sliced ⁣ 1 carrot- thinly sliced ⁣ 20 gm cellophane noodles -soak in hot water for 10 minutes, drain out the water.⁣ 50 gm bean sprouts⁣ Some crispy garlic⁣ 1 tbsp Sesame oil⁣ Onion salt for taste ⁣ Coriander for garnish⁣ .⁣ Add in the cooked rice noodles, sesame oil, crispy garlic and onion salt in a big bowl (set aside).⁣ Place a spring roll wrap onto a towel and fill it with all the fresh veggies and top some cooked glass noodles. Make a sausage like shape out of the fillings at one end of the wrappers. Fold sides in and begin rolling the spring roll....
