Vegan Dry Wonton Noodles with homemade Dumplings

(Serving 2 )
- 180 g wonton noodles( cook the noodles according to the package directions)
- 4 dumplings( recipe on my previous post )
- 5 clove garlic minced,(add 2 tbsp oil, cook in microwave for 2 minutes)
- Steamed bok choy

Tossing sauce for wonton noodles

- 2 tbsp mushrooms sauce
3 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chilli oil
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp cooking oil
Mix all the tossing ingredients except for the garlic. Next heat 1 tbsp of oil in a sauce pan and add in the garlic, sauté till fragrant. Add the sauce mixture and cooked till boiled. Once boil remove from the heat and set aside. ➡Place the noodles in a big bowl and then add in the tossing sauce into it. Make sure the sauce are coated well with the noodles evenly. Finally served in a bowl, top with cooked dumplings, bok choy, chilli flakes and crispy garlic.
